Regensia CEO Joshua Foss will be presenting alongside San Francisco Senior Planner Scott Edmondson and ZGF Architects Associate Partner Charles Kelley at the upcoming APA National Planning Conference in Phoenix. The team will lead a session called Regenerative Urbanism Rising – Next Generation Practice on Monday April 4th, 2016.
Learning Objectives for the session are as follows:
- Sustainable Design Toolkit:Understanding the leading-edge concepts and practices that are practical and available ‘off-the-shelf,’ yet unfamiliar to mainstream practice, and are ‘ready for prime time!’
- Value Creation Method:Understanding the integrative imperative and methods required to generate cost savings that are used to finance enhanced placemaking that provides competitive economic advantage and enhances community wellbeing.
- The principles and potentialof whole systems planning, design, integrated utility systems and how they can be deployed at in a distributive system to enhance urban places and resiliency.
